Garden Areas

Large open air garden on the 6th Floor of the property with a footpath leading to picnic areas overlooking downtown and the Pacific Ocean.


Available Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.; Saturday 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. The building can also accommodate pre-programmed after-hours air for added convenience.


Secured centralized mail receptacles are located in the mailroom of each lobby.  The mail rooms are open 24/7 for mail pickup.  Any large parcels or items requiring signature will be brought to your office.

To ensure accurate and timely delivery of your mail, always include your suite number on all correspondence.  If you lose your keys or need replacement keys, you will need to contact the Downtown Post Office at (808)-582-1987.   The fee is currently $50.00 (03/09).

FedEx drop boxes are located in the basement. Last pick-up for FedEx is 2:00 pm Monday - Friday.

The spiral ramp and multiple exits provide efficient usage while minimizing delays at key departure times.  946 Parking spaces with a ratio of 1 / 500 square feet.  We offer valet parking for the tenants of the Topa Financial Center.  For more information about valet parking call Deborah in the management office at (808) 531-0444.
